Privacy notice

This notice covers the Bookings Agency website and the form on our Book a call page. We have kept it short because there is not much to say. We collect very little, and we only use it to answer you.

What we collect

When you send the form, we receive what you type into it: your first and last name, your work email address, your company, and, if you choose to add them, your company website, your job title and your message. We also record which page the form was sent from. We do not collect anything else about you.

Why we collect it

We use these details to reply to your request, whether that is a call, a buyer map or a question. We do not add you to a list, and we do not use your details for anything you did not ask for. If you reply "stop" at any point, we will not contact you again.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while your request is open. Once it is closed, we keep them for up to 12 months in case you come back to the conversation, and then we delete them.

Who sees it

Only the people at Bookings Agency who are answering you. We do not sell your details, rent them or trade them with anyone.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking of any kind. The fonts load from Google Fonts, which is how the pages get their type.

Asking us to delete your details

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete what we hold at any time. Write to hannah.randall@bookingsagency.co, or send a note through the contact form, and we will take care of it and confirm when it is done.
